How often have you heard "I never thought I would be getting divorced or I would be in Family Court"

 

Families are destroyed by divorce, child custody and support battles. Once loving and caring parents or spouses are no longer be able to speak with each other, be in each other's presence or make decisions regarding themselves and their children.

 

Fights and arguments will occur over simple issues. Sweeping these problems under the rug or trying to solve these problems without being represented by Marc Vogin, will lead to larger problems that can be more difficult to solve.

Too often I hear complaints from people that he/she hired a lawyer, who did not do as promised. I am also hearing a lot of complaints about law firms, who bait and switch a client. In other words, the client meets with an experienced lawyer but goes to Court with a novice lawyer, who is not familiar with the matter or the law.
