Our Firm's History

Since 1980, Klein, Vogin & Gold has served the public, protecting the rights and interests of individuals in family and estate matters regardless of whether a person is rich or poor, male or female.

David Gold, Esquire, who retired in 1996, left a legacy of helping people who needed help and had little other choices. Donald J. Klein, Esquire, who retired in 1998, was a respected attorney and arbitrator, who served the people as their mouthpiece when no one else would speak for them.

Upon ascending to the leadership of the firm in 1998, Marc Vogin decided to continue the path of these trail blazers, representing those who need help and have little or no other choice. Mr. Vogin speaks for those people, who have no other voice.

Throughout the years, Klein, Vogin & Gold has handled matters regardless of difficulty and size, preventing individuals' rights from being trampled upon by others. Long before today's equality movement, Mr. Vogin's goal was for each person to be equal when he or she walks into a courtroom. Mr. Vogin focuses family and estate issues without forgetting the legacy of Donald J. Klein and David Gold that everyone has equal rights, which must be protected. Mr. Vogin is never too busy to speak with the client, answer a question, or provide guidance.

To be represented by Mr. Vogin means that he will represent you at all hearings and on all issues. There is no bait and switch.  You are not meeting Mr. Vogin and being represented by another attorney who is inexperienced, not familiar with your case, the issues, or the law. Ask your friends about the bait and switch by other law firms.

A hallmark of Klein, Vogin & Gold is the ability of clients, new or old, to always reach Mr. Vogin. In today's world, technology enables Mr. Vogin to be available 24 hours a day, by a face-to-face meeting, email, telephone and text message.

Klein, Vogin & Gold will represent your needs and protect your rights wherever called upon by you. We are located at 1608 Walnut Street, Suite 1703, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19103. We are near all public transportation.
